Blake Harris
President

Blake is the founder of the Blockchain Asset Protection Council and an active member of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association. Blake has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2010 (Florida Bar number: 86486) and the Colorado Bar since 2013 (Colorado Bar number: 45942).

Blake Harris is the founding principle at Blake Harris Law, where he assists clients throughout the world with Asset Protection. Blake's extensive experience helping families protect their property has made him well regarded as an authority in handling the difficult and sensitive issues surrounding asset protection planning.

Before Blake Harris Law, Blake worked for one of the nation’s largest wealth management firms, where he helped high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients protect their assets.

In addition to his active practice, Blake also strives to share his in-depth knowledge to help other professionals advance in their careers. Across the nation, Blake has given numerous presentations and continuing education lectures on asset protection and estate planning to CPAs, financial advisors, and other attorneys. Blake has been quoted in national publications, such as ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox News, The Denver Post, Venture Magazine, and Market Watch, and he has been named a "Rising Star" for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 by Super Lawyers Magazine. Blake is also the author of the book "Asset Protection, How to Protect Your Property from Lawsuits".

Allison Cochran
Board Member

Allison Cochran became a Lawyer because she genuinely wanted to help educate her entire community on how to properly wealth plan not only for themselves but for future generations. She hopes to help Central Florida residents, emphasizing communities of color, fortify their legacy; business owners and those in the real estate industry navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions they face. She focuses on Business Advising, General Counsel Services, and Estate Planning.

She will help you structure your business to achieve your objectives, whether that be to maintain current levels or scale. When it comes to estate planning, even if you’re single or married, in a blended family, or maybe just starting out, she will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for the future. Allison graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2010. From property management to home sales, she has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience. In addition, she worked as a corporate compliance officer for a fintech before moving into the role of in-house counsel for one of Florida’s largest trade organizations.

Allison love educating her community on creating and sustaining generational wealth in communities of color. And for small business owners, how to preserve and grow their businesses. Allison also serves as President of the Board for A Little Light, Inc., a nonprofit focused on aiding breast cancer patients and survivors.

Puai T Wichman
Board Member

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the offshore financial services sector of the Cook Islands, Puai has played an integral part in the planning and implementation of estate and asset protection plans for many high net worth individuals and their families.

Now based in Auckland, New Zealand he has established Ora Partners New Zealand, an advisory and consultancy services company, strategically placed to take advantage of the superior opportunities presented in a safe business haven such as New Zealand. To that end, Puai has pulled together a team of proven professionals who specialise in diverse areas, including law, investment, tax, and emerging and disruptive technologies.

Ora Partners New Zealand is well placed to assist high net worth families and their businesses navigate through today’s new world economy with a focus on finding strategic investments and a secure place to conduct business in New Zealand.

Mary Gifford
Board Member

Mary Gifford is the founder of Gifford Law, a client centered modern estate planning law firm rooted on the North Shore of Chicago. Mary is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters in Taxation, as well as a Masters of Accounting Science, and graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2006. After serving high net worth clients with sophisticated estate plans while working at investment advisory firms and CPA firms for the majority of her career, Mary now uses her experience in estate planning and background as a CPA to identify and apply the best estate planning strategies for families at all income levels.

Jonathan Hoyles
Board Member

Jonathan is the CEO of Perk Labs. Perk Labs is the owner of Perk Hero, a digital commerce platform that empowers business owners by giving them the tools to provide their customers with digital experiences that are more engaging, convenient and rewarding.  Perk Labs is building a crypto loyalty reward program on the Solana blockchain protocol to bring cryptocurrency to mainstream consumers by rewarding them for purchases made online and in brick & mortar establishments.

Prior to joining Perk Labs, he was Vice President, Legal & General Counsel at the Skidmore Group. Prior to moving in-house, he practised law at two of Canada’s leading international law firms. Jonathan has been admitted to the Bars of British Columbia and Alberta and holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick.

Jordan Roeske
Board Member

Jordan Roeske is a dedicated attorney who is passionate about exceeding client needs and ensuring all participants gain an adequate level of understanding regarding their legal inquiry.   He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law where he gained a JD with an emphasis in Business Law and Entrepreneurship.  In addition to providing business, estate planning, and tax assistance, Jordan enjoys and excels at legal research. He values practicing law because it allows him to work with clients to produce positive results for themselves and their companies.  

Scott Grayson
Board Member

Scott is a legacy protection engineer and the founder of Grayson Law, a Denver, Colorado, law firm specializing in estate planning. Scott started his legal career in 2008 after graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law. He’s experienced in several areas of law, including employment, civil rights, privacy, business entity formation, and estate planning. Before moving to Colorado to attend law school, Scott graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He then spent 10 years in information technology, primarily as a database administrator. Scott places a high value on self-sufficiency and individual sovereignty. So, he's naturally drawn to crypto assets. He's dedicated to helping his clients fashion strategies to protect their hard-earned wealth. Scott enjoys the Denver outdoors with his wife and dog. He's also an avid weightlifter and spends a lot of time combing his beard.
